Seraphine Skin is a proudly South African retailer, offering high-quality, science-based products designed to promote radiant and healthy skin.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within South Africa takes approximately 8–11 business days, depending on your location.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders valued at R2,100.00 or more qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.
For orders below R2,100.00, a R99.00 delivery fee applies.
4. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. At the moment, we do not offer international delivery.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email jonasmit@icloud.com with a photo and short description within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Are your products safe for all skin types?
Yes. All Seraphine Skin products are dermatologically tested and formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
For best results, we recommend a patch test before first use if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
7. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Seraphine Skin is committed to ethical beauty — our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
