Refund policy

At Seraphine Skin, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email jonasmit@icloud.com with a photo and description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
